With over 13 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Melissa is the director of Arsenault Aesthetics and Advanced Aesthetic Injector overseeing our dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care.

Working exclusively in aesthetic and medical dermatology since the start of her career, Melissa is committed to offering her patients the highest standard of cutting-edge, non-surgical cosmetic procedures that provide the most natural-looking results.

She is known for delivering beautiful results with a gentle hand, unrivaled attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic eye.

Melissa has trained under some of the most respected injectors in the field, both nationally and internationally. She continues to strive for excellence by staying up-to-date on the latest, most innovative techniques, procedures, and products. She also serves as a faculty member of Allergan and a National Trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), leading both large and small group training sessions and contributing to multiple advisory boards with Allergan Aesthetics as a Next Generation Key Opinion Leader (KOL). Beyond her hands-on teaching, she frequently speaks at national conferences—presenting on podiums, conducting live injection demonstrations, and participating in panel discussions.

In recognition of her leadership and impact within the aesthetics world, Melissa has been honored as a 35 Under 35 recipient by SRQ Magazine in 2022, recognized as a Woman of Influence by Sarasota Magazine that same year, and nominated for the Women Who Roar award by SRQ Magazine in both 2022 and 2023.

She believes beauty is both an art and a science, and as a master injector and aesthetics provider, she considers it a privilege to help patients discover, refine, and feel truly confident in their own natural beauty.

When she is not working, Melissa enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
