I received a survey text that I responded to. They responded offering to have me come back with Lacey for a 50$ discount. I responded telling them the condition of my skin and it’s been a few days since I’ve gotten a response back. I came in for a facial on December 23rd and want to start by saying the staff was kind and accommodating, especially since I hadn’t fully completed my booking. I really appreciated their willingness to still fit me in. There was some waiting while a room was prepared, and I ended up seeing a different aesthetician than originally planned due to the mistake I made during booking. Cassidy checked me in at the desk and performed my facial. During the facial, I was told that “some of the usual products weren’t available because they were in the other room”, and the hydration mask that was supposed to be included was skipped because it was also in the other room. I also have sensitive skin, and parts of the facial—particularly around my nose and mouth—felt a bit abrasive for me. Extractions were limited to the sides of my face and forehead , even though a-lot of my congestion is in my chin area. After I went home and washed my face at night the skin around my nose and mouth was so irritated it stung. The skin became dry, red, and started pilling. I had breakouts in areas where I didn’t get extractions so I can tell my skin didn’t like the products. Overall everyone was pleasant, but it didn’t feel fully reflective of the $150 price point given the missing steps and products. I’m grateful they were able to take me in, but I left feeling that the service wasn’t what I expected. I really wish that they would have just told me to book again another time instead of having this experience. It was overpriced, rushed with leftover products, and not very relaxing. I am not satisfied with the resolution that was provided.

I’d been fortunate to have a fantastic person for my skin care in southeast Florida for 20 years. I was afraid I wouldn’t find anyone in this area. Was referred by my dermatologist there to help diminish some scars from where I had skin cancer removed. Quoted $1000 for one scar and I have three. Was told I would get a discount for being an Arsenault customer and they said they would get back to me but it’s been over a week and I never heard back. Place was very clean and staff was professional just disappointed in the pricing and lack of follow up.

Just had first procedure. Nervous, but excited and all the ladies were so sweet, caring, patient and I feel like I’m in good hands. Excited to see the results of getting years of sun damaged skin taken care of. Thank you ladies so much!! See you again in Dec.

I saw Melissa for a consultation to address a variety of concerns, but the primary one being my moderate adult acne. Not only did she take the time to hear all my concerns and come up with a comprehensive treatment plan to get me looking my best and feeling like my most confident self, but the simple skincare routine she prescribed me has already cleared probably 80-90% of my acne in just a few weeks. This is after years of struggling, several doctors, and thousands of dollars spent on treatments and products that didn’t work for my highly sensitive skin. She has restored my hope for an acne-free life and I can’t wait to continue working with her and her team!

Although I like Glow Dermspa, I was disappointed in the results of the PDO thread lift. As soon as the swelling in my face went down, there were almost no visible results. The treatment was uncomfortable and expensive…definitely did not correct the problem I came to treat nor what I’ve come to expect. 😞 Glow Dermaspa contacted me to request I come in so they could do a follow up on the PDO thread lift. I was very pleased with the results of the follow up visit. They stood behind their reputation and corrected the issue. I’m pleased with how my skin looks and with their professionalism.
