From the first time I called the office to ask questions and schedule an appointment (I spoke to Veronica that day and then a few days later I spoke with Kim) I was treated with such courtesy and kindness and felt the same warmth from both front desk ladies when I met them today! Lacy was also not only extremely personable but very knowledgeable and explained everything to me step by step and what I should expect to experience in the next 24 hours etc…
I am looking forward to seeing very positive results and and eagerly looking forward to having a much clearer complexion very soon!
